On 17th June 2019, Kayla Rae Reid became a mother of two. The former Playmate and her husband Ryan Lochte welcomed their second child, a baby daughter named Liv Rae Lochte.

Born at 10:20 am, baby Liv weighed 7 pounds & 8 ounces and stretched 20 meters long at the time of her birth.

A joyous Ryan took to Instagram and shared photos from the hospital. The caption accompanying the post exclaimed:-

"We did it!!! A healthy baby girl ?Liv Rae Lochte you’re so sweet and so beautiful... "

The news of Kayla and Ryan welcoming a baby girl came six months after the pregnancy announcement. In Instagram posts dated back to late-Nov 2018, the duo with their first born looked gleeful while showcasing an ultrasound.

Then in mid-2018, the model and her athlete husband revealed their second baby's gender as a girl.

Of the three, Caiden Zane Lochte - Kayla and Ryan's first child - seemed the most excited with the prospect of having a baby sister. He and his younger sibling Liv were born 21 months apart.

On 8th June 2017, Caiden was born. At the time, he weighed 7 pounds & 14 ounces while measuring 22 meters long. Kayla's then-fiance Ryan dubbed Caiden's birth as a "dream come true." Admittedly, they both couldn't help but cry tears of joy.

Barely two months into their engagement, the former Playboy Magazine model & her Olympian husband had announced being pregnant with Caiden.

Kayla first came in contact with Ryan in 2016 via Instagram. That year, the pair met face to face at a nightclub in Los Angeles. Things escalated from there. After a brief dating period, they got engaged in October 2016.

The champion swimmer popped the big question using a 5-carat, rectangle-shaped diamond with J-level clarity engagement ring. An 18-karat white gold band held the Bridal Rings Company of Los Angeles' ring together.

Nine months after the engagement, Kayla and Ryan tied the knot. Held at the Morrow Ranch in California, the pair's wedding housed over 100 guests. Their son Caiden was the designated ring bearer.
