Short Bio of Kim Jones:

Kim Jones was born on September 7, 1969, in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. The real name of Kim Jones is Kimberly Alicia Jones. She graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. degree in journalism and an M.S. in exercise and sports science. She is a sportscaster/reporter for the NFL Network and WFAN radio.

Kim Jones, with dreams of becoming a sportscaster, joined the NFL as a columnist for The Star-Ledger in Newark, New Jersey. She was also the beat writer for the New York Giants.

Jones joined YES Network, a major step for her career, as a clubhouse reporter for the New York Yankees game, as a replacement for Suzyn Waldman in 2005. She still continued writing a column for The Star-Ledger even after joining YES Network. Along with reporting, she also kept a blog named “Keeping Up With the Jones”, that provided news about the Yankees.

On April 12, 2012, Jones signed to NFL Network as a full-time on-air contributor (New York based), officially leaving YES Network. In addition to NFL Networks, she is also a regular on the WFAN radio in New York City.

Sports journalist Kim Jones, along with her contemporary journalists including  Beth Mowins, Heidi Watney, and Dianna Russini is inspiring many to pursue their dream career as a sports journalist.
