Either by saying 'A Girl with the Asian Guy,'' or 'Glegg,' it means to address the on-screen pair of The Walking Dead. Lauren Cohan, the on-screen wife of Steven Yeun, created hype with the TV romance, but the only thing that her fans are concerned about is her real marital life.

So, does she have a concealed dating affair or is she married to someone but hiding the relationship from the eyes of people? Being a fan, you surely want to go through her life happenings and settle your queries related to her. So, let's dig in.

What Is Lauren's Love Status?

The thirty-seven-year-old model turned actress played Maggie Greene, the love interest of Glenn Rhee portrayed by Steven Yeun in the AMC TV series, The Walking Dead. The couple eventually stepped into a marital relationship, after dating for an extended period as girlfriend and boyfriend.

After starting a new chapter as husband and wife, the pair also parented a biological child. But the romance between the couple was limited only to the series.  In the show too, their marriage comes to a tragic end when Glenn gets brutally killed. However, they both are considered a good companion of one another in real life.

Lauren, clarified the same thing earlier in October 2013 as she spoke to Rolling Stone and said:

“We all live within two buildings and five seconds from each other, and we all go to coffee and drinks at the same place, so we always get recognized.”

She further added:

“There are entire websites dedicated to the proof that Steven and I are in a real relationship. Which is always funny, because it's not.”

The former on-screen couple remains friends in their real lives. At present, Lauren is passing her single life, whereas Steven, is in a marital relationship with Joana Pak since December 2016 and they share a baby boy.

Instead, the actress revealed that she has a celebrity crush on an American actor Jeff Bridges. With Maxim, she told:

“Jeff Bridges. It’s not a romantic crush; it’s just kind of an everything crush. I love him as an actor, I love his voice, I love his smile. OK, now it sounds romantic — but it’s not!”

In 2016, Lauren had dated Lady Gaga's ex-fiance, Christan Carino. The couple was photographed in an event with Hilfiger. Later, they were spotted at a New York Rangers hockey game in 2016.

Well, this indeed conveys a profound message to the fans that she is not a lesbian as her interest lies on men.

Lauren's Exotic Look With A Haircut:

Lauren Cohan wondered her fans with a haircut that she had by the end of the year 2015. The actress showed her new style with a pixie haircut at 'do at Jingle Ball 2015' event.

The actress got mixed reactions for her unique style. While some positive thinkers called it a good move to give a realistic touch to the character Maggie, others seemed to be panic-stricken and supposing the character to die that season.

Back in 2014, the actress appeared in an interview with HuffPost Live to put her words of experience collected from the fourth season of popular TV series, The Walking Dead.

The actress hinted her fans about the fourth season and told them what to expect from those episodes. She also shared her experience with the then condition, about the death of her father and Glenn defending and protecting her from the zombies.

The series aired its seventh season from October 2016 and had accomplished the season in April 2017. It had sixteen episodes in the season, completing its 100th episode in the eighth season which announced in October 2016 and airing in October 2017.

Being with TWD for seven seasons, Lauren decided she was done with the show and left the cast. The reason for Lauren's decision to exit the show surfaced in an interview with Vanity Fair; she demanded equal pay matching her salary with her co-stars: Andrew Lincoln, and Norman Reedus.

AMC responded with a fair raise and a long-term contract, Lauren declined the proposal and signed with ABC's Whiskey Cavalier. She eventually came to terms for season nine. Her character is still alive & well and she is reported to be starring in a few episodes of season nine.
