“Oddly enough, despite the fact that she was playing his mother they had this magnetic chemistry. It was something about the way he looked at her that started people on the set chatting about something going on.”

The insider added,

“He always wanted to be around her. He kept finding ways to creep off to her trailer and they were always having to send a production assistant to go get him to come back and shoot scenes,”

From the set of the movie, the romance between the two sparked and went on to hit the headlines in 2014 and 2015 till the movie was released. The actor was persistent in love with Vivica. 

The pair continued to date after the end of the movie and managed to keep their love life out of the storyline.

And many of us were curious to know whether the pair is still together or has Richard already moved on with another girlfriend.

But the answer was “NO” as per the snap Richard took to Instagram on (2017) Valentine’s day to wish his girlfriend.

The very next year, on February 14, he again shared a picture on Instagram and wished Valentine's Day to his girlfriend. However, the girl in the picture differed from the previous Valentine's Day post. 

Confused! Well, don't be. He is no longer with Vivica. He is in a dating relationship with Meg Ellspermann, founder of EPM product. 

In the post, he asked his girlfriend to call her mom, which hinted at a possible wedding around the corner. But there has been no sign of Richard turning Meg into his wife-to-be. It seems like they want to spend plenty of time together knowing each other before tying the knot.

And it is evident through Meg's Instagram that he has been successful enough to maintain a healthy relationship with her as well as with her parents; There are a number of posts on her Insta handle that reflects how well they are taking their relationships to newer heights. Whether that be attending a wedding or going out on a family day out, they are always together.
