Childers started her career as a producer/reporter at WC/NC-TV, in 1992. She worked around different television stations as an anchor such as WFXL, WLOS-TV, starting from 1995. She joined Fox News Channel in 2010, as a general assignment reporter. In August 2011, she became an anchor on America’s News Headquarters.  She also works as rotating hosts of Fox & Friends.
