Chang tied the knot with the President and CEO of WNET, Neal Shapiro and got married on December 2, 1995. The beautiful ceremony was held at the 200 Fifth Club, New York. And Chang and Shapiro share three sons, Jared Shapiro (16), Travis Shapiro (13), and Mason Blake Shapiro (9).
In an interview with ABC Action News, on May 21, 2013, she opened up about her personal life and gave a little insight into her family.
Chang is very fond of her family, and she always feels blessed to have them in every step of her life. And when asked to state the greatest success of her life she answered,
“Making time with my family and friends a priority."
Also, Chang shared the best gift she has ever received, and it's the gift which is thoughtful and heart touching.

Hyunju Chang's Professional Life:
Hyunju Chang, better known as Juju Chang, is an American TV journalist who is known for her contribution as an anchor for ABC News’ Good Morning America and Nightline.
Chang started her career as a desk assistant for ABC News in 1984. Later she became a producer and an off-air reporter as well.
In Chang’s 30 plus years in the television business, she has contributed a lot of effort for ABC News and its affiliated companies like KGO-TV and NewsOne.
Chang worked as a reporter for ABC’s news magazine 20/20 and later joined Good Morning America on December 14, 2009, becoming the first Korean-American co-anchor. She remained the anchor of Good Morning America from 2009 to 2011.
On March 29, 2011, it was announced that Chang would be joining Nightline, leaving GMA. She became a co-anchor on March 27, 2014, replacing Cynthia McFadden.
