'Titanic' Actor Bill Paxton Dies At The Age Of 61 Following Complications From Surgery
Bill Paxton, the actor, best known for his roles in films such as "Twister," "Apollo 13” and “Titanic” died on 25th February due to complications from surgery, according to Bill’s family statement. He was only 61.
His death is from complications of surgery and was announced on Sunday by a family representative. However, the statement did not say venue or time Mr. Paxton died, but Rolling Stone reported that he died on Saturday. The statement said:
"It is with heavy hearts we share the news that Bill Paxton has passed away due to complications from surgery. Bill began his career in Hollywood working on films in the art department and went on to have an illustrious career spanning four decades as a beloved and prolific actor and filmmaker. ... We ask to please respect the family's wish for privacy as they mourn the loss of their adored husband and father."
Moments after news of Paxton's death flashed, Twitter lit up with tributes to the versatile actor as well as musician.

On the other hand, CBS and Warner Bros. Television released a joint statement which read:
"We are shocked and deeply saddened this morning by the news of Bill Paxton's passing. All of us here offer our deepest sympathy to his wife, Louise, and his two children."
The 2017 Oscar paid tribute to this titanic actor during an In Memoriam tribute. During Sunday's Oscar, actress and producer Jennifer Aniston took the stage to introduce the In Memoriam segment.
Jennifer Aniston spoke about the extraordinary talent we lost this year and held in tears and was emotional as 61-year-old actor Bill Paxton died suddenly on 25th February due to his complications from surgery. The news of his death was flashed hours before the show. Aniston said:
"As was our beloved friend who left us yesterday, Bill Paxton, all were loved and all will be missed,"
Moreover, Paxton had an illustrious career on television portion. He led the cast of the popular HBO series "Big Love," and was nominated for his works for an Emmy. His nomination was for his starring role on the History Channel miniseries "Hatfields & McCoys." Condolences to his family!

Reason of death revealed!
Bill Paxton‘s death certificate has been released on 6th March 2017.The American actor, as well as director cause of death, was a stroke following his heart surgery, according to his death certificate as reported by PEOPLE.
Paxton underwent surgery to replace a heart valve that was present in his heart and correct an aortic aneurysm when complications arose in his case. According to his death certificate, Paxton had heart surgery on Feb. 14, 2017, and died 11 days later on the 25th February after suffering a stroke. He was only 61.
