Few days after revealing the information about the secret wedding, Andrew was arrested after an altercation with Elle King. E! News has confirmed that Andrew was arrested last month for domestic violence. They stated-

“According to a report by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, police arrested Ferguson for domestic violence on April 23, a week after the former couple's wedding ceremony date.”

Moreover, they added:

“King told authorities her husband, from whom she is separated, grabbed her by the throat and strangled her. She said she felt "dizzy" but did not lose consciousness.”

However, Andrew has denied the allegation saying that King was trying to harm herself and he wanted to prevent her from doing so. Andrew further claimed that Elle was under the influence.

E! News added-

“The report also said King did not want to press charges. The DA's office ultimately declined the case due to King's lack of participation and Ferguson's lack of record and corroboration.”

A few days ago, King took her Instagram to reveal her secret wedding and the reason why she skipped her highly publicized wedding day a month ago. King shared an image of her with her beau with a caption revealing her secret wedding after meeting on 2/14/2016.
