Known for her career-defining role in the show Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, the 32-year-old actress married her other half in 2015. The beach wedding took place in Rancho Pescadero in Baja California, Mexico. Only a limited number of their friends were present as Rachel and her husband Dan exchanged their wedding vows.

However, before the ceremony in Mexico, the couple had another Jewish wedding at a restaurant in California called Inn of the Seventh Ray in front of a rabbi (their cousin).

Both of Rachel's parents are Jewish, which makes it plausible that the duo had a Jewish marriage as per the cultural norms.
