Beau Mirchoff and Jeanine Mason used to attend same acting studio. Beau saw her at a party and asked one his friends about her. He might have fallen for her immediately as he admitted going up to her to score a date. When glamour.com asked him about the opening line, he said:
She was talking with these guys. I was a goofball that whole night, so I walked right into her conversation and just started laughing! She thought it was endearing, even though it probably looked like crazy behavior. I asked her to lunch the next day, and she said yes. So we went to lunch the next day! I was in sandals and it was pouring rain.
In the same interview with glamour, when Beau was asked what he liked most about her, he replied saying:
“She was laughing a lot and smiling. She’s the opposite of ditzy. She’s young, but has a very womanly quality about her that I found very attractive.”
With other things left behind, Beau did make it clear to Glamour that he was desperate to meet her after that one date. Falling head over heels for her personality and Cuban looks, Beau has made it clear that Jeanine is indeed the one for him when he says:
