Elizabeth Huberdeau, who currently works as a broker in the real-estate business, shared romance with the WWE wrestler, John when they were just in their teenage years. It turns out they are high-school lovers who ended up tying the nuptial knot.
The couple might have met when they were in their high school years and were dating for a while before they were pronounced as husband and wife. John, who has a net worth of $55 million, maintained his silence about his relationship with Elizabeth until the premiere of his movie 12 Rounds.
The news of the wedding surface the media when he was promoting the release of the movie back in 2009 which was the first time the press learned about his romantic relationship. Back then, while promoting the film with the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, he dropped the big news saying,
“I’m gonna get married this year.”
The story, which came as a big blow, later came true on 11th July of 2009 on the duo's wedding day. Just five months after the interview, the couple was walking down the aisle at their wedding.

They had an intimate wedding ceremony held in Boston Massachusetts. Since their marriage, the couple went strong with their marriage for three years but had no kids during that time.

Well, after being together for years the pair parted ways back in 2012. Elizabeth, who was a model before she tied the wedding knot with John, received unexpected divorce papers from her husband back in May of the very same year.

John had filed to end their 3-year marriage which made Elizabeth fell blindsided. During that time, the couple was remodeling their house which eventually took them to the poor house and the courthouse.
John blamed the process of remodeling caused "unbearable strife" between him and his wife. It turns out one of the contractors had filed a lien on the house for $110,000. The contractors claimed that John had not paid for the work.
In the meantime, John's admirers also blamed that his loss to The Rock at WrestleMania could also be one of the reasons for their split.
However, Elizabeth shared a different story, the story of accusing John that he was messing around with other women behind her back. Elizabeth even made moves to challenge their prenup, but later, the pair privately managed to work their things out.
The duo settled their divorce amicably, keeping the terms of settlement remained confidential.

Since his eventual parting with Elizabeth, he found love again in fellow wrestler Nikki Bella. An item since 2012, the pair got engaged when John proposed to the beauty during Wrestle mania in 2018.
While fans were overjoyed for the WWE power couple, shocking everyone the pair announced their broken engagement on 16th April 2018. Although they did try to get back together, things didn’t work out.
After the heartbreak, Nikki found solace in the arms of Dancing With The Stars Pro Artem Chigvintsev. Her ex-fiance's was not far behind as he was spotted getting cozy with a mystery woman on a date in Vancouver. Later, the woman was revealed to be Shay Shariatzadeh.
