The fully electronic powerhouse of a car is first of its kind to make it to the list. Clocking 258 mph with impressive 1,914 horsepower, the $2 million-priced automobile is a gift to humanity.

8) 9ff GT9-R

Germany's best, the 9ff GT9-R works on 1,120 horsepower and has a top speed of 257 mph. Priced reasonably at $1 million, it is an excellent piece of machinery to possess.

9) SSC Ultimate Aero

Once breaking the Ferarri's course record, the 2006 Aero has a top speed of 256 mph and puts out a decent horsepower. It is priced at $654,500.

10) Tesla Roadster

11) Saleen S7 Twin Turbo

As the names suggest the Twin Turbo outlets 750 horsepower from its V8 engine and reach top speeds of 250 mph. It costs around $580,000.

12) McLaren Speedtail

13) Aston Martin Valkyrie

15) Koenigsegg CCR

At the bottom half of the list, this beast has an 806 hp engine and travels at the max speed of 241 mph. It is priced at $650,000.

16) McLaren F1

The previous top-speed record holder with a top speed of 240.1 mph, the McLaren F1 is priced around $1 million brand new. The vehicle is still considered one of the best productions.

17) Zenvo TS1 GT

18) Pagani Huayra
