Following the engagement, Brandon tied the knot with Cayley Stoker on 21st January 2020 at Santa Barbara Courthouse. Also, the TV personality shared the pictures from his auspicious day on the occasion of his wife's birthday on 26th January 2020.

He confirmed the news of their wedding to People Magazine with a statement that read,
We wed at the Santa Barbara Courthouse on Jan. 21 with my daughter Eva and Cayley’s grandmother, Joan, as our witness.
A month after their wedding, in February 2020, Brandon's wife finally gave birth to twin boys. He shared the news of his babies' arrival through Instagram revealing their first look.

Brandon was married to Leah Felder before he got involved with Cayley; they are high school sweethearts.
