The PenaVega squad is growing in numbers!
Musician Carlos PenaVega, age 29, and his wife, Alexa PenaVega are expecting their baby number two. The married couple announced the news of the latter being pregnant on 18th January 2019 via Instagram.
The post showcased Carlos holding a pregnancy test kit which read positive while his partner, Alexa displayed a sonogram on her phone. Accompanying the image of the Big Time Rush member kissing his actress wife was a short yet sweet message. An excerpt read:-
"It’s HAPPENING... AGAIN! WE’RE HAVING ANOTHER BABY!!! 2019 another PenaVega is joining the family!"

The Columbia native professed happiness in being able to say he and his wife had kids. Speaking on behalf of Alexa as well, the 29-year-old pop star revealed that they were excited about their growing family.

Immediately after he uploaded the post, the mother of his kids also took to Instagram to share the joyous news with her followers. Like him, his pregnant wife too couldn't hide her excitement while opening about their second baby and the journey it could entail. A visibly excited Alexa, age 30, exclaimed:-
"Holy Moly!!! Guys!!! We are having another baby!!!!"
Both of the married couple's Instagram featured pregnancy test kit brand Clear Blue and the hashtags: #ClearblueConfirmed and #ClearbluePartner.
The birth of their yet-to-be-named baby will mean that the PenaVega family will grow into four. Already parents to a two-year-old, the married pair welcomed their first baby named Ocean in December of 2016 -- a year and a half after tying the knot in a beautiful wedding ceremony held at the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Unknown to many, the Judging Amy star and his wife faced torrid times conceiving before Ocean's arrival. Alexa, who struggled with eating disorder growing up, even battled with depression as a result.
