American comedian Charlie Murphy dies at the age of 57 after his battle with Leukemia on Wednesday in an NYC hospital. The famous brother of Eddie Murphy had been working on the drama series ‘Power’ for its fourth season.
The cast member of Power got into a tragic loss with Charlie's death. They divulged they were not even aware he was sick and was battling with the fatal disease. The illness was kept extremely private and never revealed to anyone except his close friends and family members as he didn’t want his health condition to define him.
But the shocking part is even the family members were in shock after getting the news as they were also not that aware that cancer has already reached the chronic stage.
In remembrance of the star, many took to Twitter to pay tribute to his work and the warm personality that he possesses.Charlie Murphy played a correctional officer on the show named Marshal Williams. 50 cents took to Instagram to offer condolence to his departed co-star which reads,
“R.I.P to my man Charlie Murphy. We just worked together in POWER. GOD BLESS”
Along with the posts om Instagram, many celebrities took Twitter to offer their condolences for this talented actor.
