Jeremy Piven Barged With Sexual Harassment Accusation! Cancelled Interview As A Result
When the claims against the American Beauty actor Kevin Spacey and a producer/actor Harvey Weinstein still remains fresh; another celebrity, Jeremy Piven has also been accused of sexual assault which is indeed the second time for the actor.
Smallville actress, Cassidy Freeman, made specific accusations on Wednesday through Instagram, after reality TV personality/actress Ariane Bellamar accused Jeremy of sexual harassment on social media on Monday, the 30th October.
In the Instagram post, actress Cassidy revealed of "predatory behavior" by the star of the new CBS drama series Wisdom of the Crowd, Jeremy. Claiming an unwanted sexual interaction with the actor, she wrote:
“Predatory behavior is a chronic way for you to seek power.”
Furthermore, she also defended the allegations by Ariane. However, Jeremy has vehemently denied the sexual assault claims of groping Ariane breasts in a trailer on the set of HBO's popular series 'Entourage' at the Playboy Mansion several years ago.
On the same matter, Wisdom broadcaster CBS also spoke on Tuesday and reported that they were scrutinizing the case.
Additionally, on the same day, HBO declared that it was from the press reports that they heard about Ariane's allegations concerning Jeremy for the first time.
Amid the allegations against the actor, 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' has also dropped his interview. The pre-taped interview with the actor, which was going to air on today's episode, will no longer be broadcasted.
The allegations' news might be hitting hard to the Broadway actress, Siobhan Dillon, who was reportedly dating Jeremy, according to the earlier reports of this year. This still to be married actor, who allegedly doesn't have a gay sexual orientation, was previously in a relationship with his ex-girlfriend Danielle Page.
