They appeared to be enjoying their days being in one another's company. However, they no longer seem to be sharing a relationship, as a source mentioned in 2017 about Randal's new girlfriend, Anissa Ciani.

But, the tables turned as Randal married his former girlfriend Victoria, making her his wife on November 21st, 2020.

Well, it was surprising to the fans knowing that Randal started a relationship with a new girl, as no break-up news of him and Victoria surfaced in the media.

Ciani was the one to remind Randal of the importance of a positive mindset, which helped him return to the majors with a big home run in his first game against the Pirates on 18th June, along with another home run with pivotal contributions in the victory over the Reds on 19th June.

Randal described the supportive nature of his former partner as,

“She’s good, You definitely need a support system, someone that you can talk to and kind of vent and not get biased opinions. … It kind of just builds you up. You need that positive reinforcement.”

In other words, Grichuk has the profile of an elite power hitter and has shown the ability to cut down on his strikeouts. Doing that would lessen his streakiness, which should keep him on the field more." 

Grichuk's stats in 2017 was getting better with time; he had13 home runs and 37 RBIs in 68 games.
