Matt Czuchry Stays Away From Relationship After Dating Many Beautiful Women
American Actor Matt Czuchry has experienced several on-screen romances, yet the actor has stayed away from off-screen dating rumors.
Real, Reel-Life Romance
Matt Czuchry reportedly started dating American actress Kate Bosworth in July 2000. The fling is said to have started while both Matt and Kate crossed paths on the set of “ Young Americans.”
Though the show never got aired, the romance between them deepened and continued even after the cancellation of the series. However, Matt and Kate never revealed their relationship officially.
In June 2010, both of them were spotted together on a friendly lunch date accompanied by Kate's then-boyfriend, Alexander Skarsgard, at Joan’s on Third.

The actor often tend to dough the question in an interview when it comes to his dating affair, but back in 2011, when asked about his dating affair in an interview with Vulture, Matt replied:
"No. I’m enjoying dating. I’m single, though, I’m not in a relationship.
Matt was linked with actress Archie Panjabi, his co-star from the series "The Good Wife," where she portrayed the character of Kalinda, who was the love interest of Matt's character.

Besides the love interest in the series, both Matt and Archie didn't reveal their affair offscreen. In an interview with Inquisitr in November 2014, Matt precisely spoke about his working experience with his co-star Archie when she was about to depart from the show. He said:
“We’ve had some great stuff together. The stuff that you’ve got to see already and what’s upcoming as well, so that material is exciting. I think probably for the first couple days it was a bit of a shock, but now we’re focused on the work again, which is what we’ve both enjoyed for the past six seasons. And those two characters, their relationship has ebbed and flowed. We’ve had a lot of work together, so it’s been great working with her. Now it feels like, okay, we know there’s a limited time with Archie and with Kalinda the character so now you can appreciate it that much more.”
Beside the on-screen relationship, Matt has strictly been professional with Archie which is evident by his statement.
“I don’t think he’s thinking clearly regarding his relationship with Kalinda at this point they have always had an open relationship and he understood those parameters. But when you go through big, traumatic events. He’s not mentally thinking in the right place about any of these decisions, and that also includes Kalinda.”
In 2016, Matt and actress Alexis Bledel gave a romantic scene for the show "Gilmore Girls." Fans wished for their off-screen romance given the good chemistry of their characters on-screen.

However, Matt and Alexia never dated off-screen. Alexia is currently married to American actor Vincent Kartheiser.

Although Matt had plenty of on-screen affairs with actresses, in reality, no other relationships besides Kate Bosworth have surfaced. The key reason for not dating any women off the screen might be due to his hassling reel life romance or professional obligations, or maybe he prefers to keep his girlfriend's identity a secret, only he can tell.
Having said so, the actor did recall one of his 'bad' blind dates during the interview with Harry but did not spill any details exclusively.

Matt is a master of disguise when it comes to his dating affair as he hardly spills any concrete details about the ladies he dates or has dated in the past.
Was Matt Gay?
When actor Phillip Shinn(Dirk) and Matt Czuchry shared the screen of "The Good Wife," the viewers considered the characters portrayed by Philip and Matt to be gay.Though Matt didn't release any clarifying statement, the producer of the series "The Good Wife," Robert King cleared the air when he explained the rumored sexuality of Matt(Carry) to be an apparent misunderstanding. He stated:
“We liked how Cary was out of step in trying to get in touch with the newest generation coming into the law firm. He wanted to belong, and he wanted them to feel like they belonged. And of course, it's misinterpreted by the young associate as a come-on.”
Rather than this, no other rumors regarding his sexuality have ever surfaced, so until Matt reveals his sexuality himself, we can speculate him as straight and not a gay.
Well, for now, the actor has neither put the ring on the finger, nor anything interesting about him being gay has popped up. It seems like he is pretty occupied with his work as his new show 'The Resident' that was first aired on January 21, 2018, is well received by the viewers. Matt portrays the role of Conrad Hawkins who happens to be a doctor on the show.

When asked about his character's motivation in the series during an interview, Matt expressed:
It's about every single patient that comes through the door. He takes care of people who can't take care of themselves. He helps everyone who comes through no matter what they're experiencing...There's always someone who relies on him for more help.
