Wyatt Russell's logical career choice would have been acting and making a name for himself in Hollywood. Born to actor parents Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, Wyatt needed to look no farther than his family for inspiration.
However, he was in love with hockey from an early age and chose to play it professionally rather than follow his parents to showbiz. And it was during his playing career he met with stylist Sanne Hammers in the Netherlands in 2010.

Despite giving up on his hockey career after struggling with injuries and concussions, one thing that remained with Wyatt from his playing days was Sanne.
Not just that, Sanne was with Wyatt when he made a jump from hockey to Hollywood. And the couple after two years of dating got married on 14 March 2012.
The couple's marriage coincided with Wyatt's upturn in his Hollywood career, and the pair parted their ways on 2 March 2015 citing irreconcilable differences. The couple had no children from their relationship and waived any spousal support agreement from their divorce papers.

The star was shooting for comedy flick, Folk Hero & Funny Guy when he met with fellow actress Meredith Hagner. The co-actors shared electric chemistry on the sets and displayed similar chemistry out of it when they were pictured hanging out with Wyatt's mother Goldie at the Maui Film festival 2016.
History repeated itself as Goldie and Wyatt’s father Kurt Russell also fell in love while filming movie Swing Shift in 1983.

Speaking to Eonline during the festival, he talked about bringing the romance from the sets to off the games cryptically hinting about his relationship with Meredith Hagner. He said:
"You can bond over certain things, and you understand each other in certain ways. Hopefully, that can transcend(on-screen romance) other parts of life when you get offset...I think for us it does."
Wyatt, who was awarded the Rising Star Award at The Maui Film Festival 2016, has seen his career trajectory go up after his relationship with Meredith.
What's more, the actor whose parents share a net worth of $130 million, bought a luxurious Spanish-style home in a posh area of Los Angeles on 4 April 2018 with his partner.
Engaged To His Girlfriend
Wyatt’s typical Hollywood romance from meeting at a set to getting engaged is a fairy tale come true.
He proposed his girlfriend a day after Christmas on 26th December 2018. The proposal was in front of Wyatt’s family members in their home at Snowmass Village, Colorado. Wyatt's new fiancee’ gushed about her actor fiance in an Instagram post and announced their union to the whole world.
Moreover, the actor proposed his girlfriend with a massive round diamond halo engagement ring.

Well, it wasn’t a surprise to the couple’s fans as the duo had Wyatt’s family’s seal of approval. His whole family along with girlfriend Meredith were seen hanging out at Kurt Russel’s movie The Christmas Chronicles' premiere in November 2018.
Western-Themed Wedding
On 31st August 2019, the actor finally walked the aisle with his other half in a wedding held in Aspen, Colorado. The venue of the special couple was the house of Goldie Hawn, Wyatt's mother.
The event was quite a spectacle; it was a very strictly western-themed wedding, and the dress spoke for itself. The groom wore cowboy hats, navy blue shirts along with denim pants. On top of that, he donned a matching black waistcoat with a piece of exotic jewelry around his neck.
