Their relationship dates as far back to the year 1993. According to them, it was love at first sight for John and Scott. The duo met during a play in Chichester Festival Theatre.

Going strong since then, Torchwood actor and his boyfriend tied the knot on 2 July 2013. It was on the day after the California Supreme Court overturned the ban on same-sex weddings.
