Previously Married To Actress Wife; Aftermath Of Their Marriage

However, Chris and his then-wife Emily decided to walk separate paths and divorced in 2010. Without revealing much about the relationship or the divorce settlement, they bought demise to their almost half a decade long marital bond.

It's sad that things did not work well between them as Chris once stated that he had some plans for having kids with Emily. In an interview, he had said,

"When I was married to my ex-wife kids were in the plan. It’s a case-by-case basis. You never really know what’s going to happen with who, but as long as you’re open to all of that and thinking about the possibility of what could happen, I think that’s the best way."

Also, when a fan congratulated him on his marital life and his relationship with Emily on Twitter, he stated that he was no longer a married man.

Over the years, Chris seemed to have developed resentment towards the idea of getting married. Even four years after his divorce from his ex-wife, he sounded bitter when he sent out a tweet which read.

"A quick way to get me to unfriend you on Facebook is if you spam me or get married."

One would guess that Chris' disdain for married life must have grown exponentially after hearing about his ex-wife's second marriage. His ex-wife, Emily married actor Damon Dayoub in 2015.

Emily and Damon share a daughter named Ava James Dayoub. They welcomed their only child together in December of 2017.

Chris, for his part, did his best to move on from the failed relationship. Interestingly enough, the timing of his new relationship coincided with his ex-wife's marriage.

A source claimed,

"It's definitely on,”

The source further added,

“Chris cuddled right up to Whitney when he arrived. They practically started making out at the table. They have great chemistry!”

However, some sources claim that the star actor is single once again, but no confirmation as of yet has come forth from his end.

"Is Chris back on the market?" is what his fans wonder. He has not revealed much about his love life lately which might be because he wants to keep things far from the fans and media or maybe, he is just too busy with his touring life.
