Deneen is married to Tom Borelli, a contributor to Conservative Review, and has been going strong ever since. She exchanged marriage vows with her boyfriend-turned-fiance, Tom back in December 2006. The couple tied the nuptial knot in a wedding ceremony, which was attended by their close friends and family. Deneen, who has always been mysterious regarding her family life, has not revealed many details of her wedding day yet.

While she has her moments of keeping her married life at bay, she also shares a few insights on her family life at times. Two years ago, in 2016, Deneen mentioned her ten years marriage anniversary with her counterpart through a tweet on Twitter. 

On the tweet, Deneen posted a picture of cheesecake while marking ten years of togetherness with her husband. The couple celebrated their anniversary in New York City. She wrote,

Another of Deneen's rare social media post was back in July 2017, where she wished her hubby "birthday." She posted a back and white selfie with her husband where they both posted up for the picture while having all smiles.

Deneen, age 54, also revealed Tom being her best friend through the caption along with wishing him birthday on his auspicious day. She wrote,

Well, the couple surely seems to be going strong through their thick and thin. As far as the report goes, there has not been any major reported issues with their relationships. 

However, even after being married for more than ten years, their plans for having children is still a mystery. They have not yet made any public statement of bearing kids and seems to enjoy their life being there for each other.
