Married His Love

On 13th April 2019, Valentin married his fiance’s Jenna Johnson at Terranea Resort in the upscale Southern California coastal community of Rancho Palos Verdes.

The bride and groom were dressed perfectly with former opting for Vera Wang bridal gown and the later with Brooks Brothers tux. The pair became one in the presence of close friends and family.

Famous guests in attendance were Val’s brother, a dancing pro-Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his wife Peta Murgatroyd, and Olympic ice skater Adam Rippon, who acted as the bridesman.

Valentin’s wedding comes after the dancing pro proposed his girlfriend in June 2018 during a trip to Venice, Italy. Well, the pair were meant to be together as both pro dancer of the Dancing With The Stars broke up during their first stint as a couple before eventually reconciling.

It would have been a shame if the couple hadn’t got back together as they had a meet-cute one for the movies. Jenna nearly ran over Valentin one day, but with no harm done she went to the dancing pro’s house and played chess. The fateful day eventually became their first date.

Girlfriend Before Marriage

Despite what many people thought, his affair partner was not Laurie Hernandez. Instead, it was Amber Rose. Laurie and Val was a great team when it came to dance, but that was all it was.

The two were first spotted getting close in the former Mrs. Wiz Khalifa’s birthday pool party. Amber Rose posted a few photographs of her party alongside Val where they posed for some steamy pics. The one that caught attention was the one where they both are leaning towards each other as Amber puckers her lips as to deliver a kiss.

Later the couple posted another picture together in Halloween, showing that they celebrated it together. Val dressed himself up in a scary face-paint and bloody clothes while Amber seemed to go for a hybrid between a mermaid and a bloodthirsty zombie!

Even while trying to look scary and horrendous, Amber still looked beautiful. Maybe this is why Val couldn’t keep his hands to himself. But all the good times came to an end when the couple split after dating for nearly five months; in February 2017.

Val Chmerkovskiy has been with several other girlfriends. Before Amber Rose, he was said to be dating another dancer, Jenna Johnson, in 2016. Before that, he was in a short relationship with former dance partner celebrity actress Janel Parrish. The two dated from October to December 2014.
