The 5 feet 8 inches (1.73 m) tall beauty was a student at the Vale of Catmose College in Oakham. She later studied at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance for extensive training. Nina graduated A-Levels in performing arts from the school.
Interestingly after obtaining her A level, she began her acting career on stage. Nina's career-making role came in a production of Anthony and Cleopatra at the National Theatre. Soon after the part, she made her big-screen debut in 1992.
